I have a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing with minors in Spanish and Journalism and an M.S. in Technical and Professional Communications. As a member of the Society for Technical Communication and the Editorial Freelancers Association, I take part in training sessions, conferences, and networking events to ensure I remain up-to-date with industry best practices and standards.
